T-ball and baseball in Cleveland

Jason and I headed up to Cleveland for the weekend to watch some t-ball and baseball and help do some yard work! We had a great time even though my 5 year old nephew beat me in memory...

My newest Nephew - "Leo"

My brother Jason and sister in law Alicia had Emiliano Jude Martinelli on Monday June 4, 2007!! He was born in Olympia, Washington!! I Can't wait to meet my newest nephew! I now have the three coolest nephews in the world! (I don't know about that Michigan shirt :) )

NYC - Girls weekend 2007

Girls weekend 2007!! Rachel, my mom and me went to visit Kara in NYC!!! We had a great time with lots of laughs. The weekend included Coney Island where we rode the water ride and played skeet ball (Rachel lost!!)

We also got to meet Kara's boyfriend Mike who is super nice, even though we might have scared him :) We stood in line for New York style pizza for an hour but it was well worth the wait.

On Sunday, we headed to the Bronx zoo for the day!! We had a great time seeing the animals and making fun of each other.

It was a wonderful weekend!! Can't wait to do it again.

Dalton gets a swing set

Dalton got a swingset for his 5th birthday!!


When we went to visit, he showed us how to use the swings, teeter totter, glider and the slide!!! He loves playing on his swingset and dancing to High School Musical.

First house goes up for sale! Moving to Chicago...

Jason got an one year fellowship in Des Plaines, IL so we are packing up our first house and moving to an apartment in Chicago. The house went up for sale on April 14, 2007. I'll miss our first house. We finished the basement in August 2006...the next house definitely needs a finished basement! Bye Columbus.

Dalton's 5th birthday

Dalton turned 5 !! My sister had a party at her house and the theme was Power Rangers(again!!) The cake was decorated with Power Ranger figures and he got lots of presents!!

Megan's 30th birthday

My big 3-0 happened and I had no tears. Jason through me a surprise party!! Had friends, food and lots of drinks! It was a fun night. My mom also had a combined birthday party for me and her.

2/14/2007 San Diego

Jason and I went to San Diego for 5 days for an Orthopedic Foot and Ankle conference. Jason gave his first talk as a doctor! While Jason was in conferene most of the days I enjoyed the wonderful weather of San Diego. We did get to go the San Diego zoo, drive up and down the coast up through La Jolla, see the Torrey Pines golf course, took hikes in the Torrey Pines Park, and enjoyed food and drinks in the gas lamp district.

Centric Holiday Party - Las Vegas 1/27/2007

Centric took the annual holiday party to Las Vegas this year!! We stayed at the MGM and Jason did lots of gambling :) We had perfect weather (in the 60s) and got to do plenty of walking and drinking. The Friday night gathering was at West Wing Bar in MGM and Saturday night party at Light. Jason even made an appearance on the dance pole :)

Jason Christmas Party - Chicago 12/06

Jason's holiday party with Orthopedic Foot and Ankle took us to cold Chicago!

We had a seven course dinner on Friday night (too much food!!). They didn't let couples sit next to each other so I had to make new friends :) After dinner, we went to a couple bars in downtown Chicago. Saturday afternoon we did some shopping and then headed to Glenview on Saturday night to stay with my cousin's family. We had a good time hanging out with Jim, Carolyn, Jimmy, Dominic, and Nicholas!

One Year Anniversary - Jamaica!! 10/15/2006

Jason and I headed to Jamaica for our one year anniversary!!

It was very nice and very relaxing! I would definitely go back to Grand Lido (besides the nude part of the resort)!!Jason and I enjoyed laying by the pool and beach, playing volleyball and basketball in the pool!!! Jason even won a bottle of rum :) We had many nice dinners and plenty of drinks ( I liked the rum runners). Jason even started the mornings off with mimosa's and beer :) One morning we even played tennis (we played with our clothes on, they did have a nude tennis court :) )

Disney World - August 06

Jason and I headed to Orlando to meet up with my family while they were in Disney World!! We went for a long weekend, the rest of the group stayed a few more days.

We had a great time, we got to go to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Animal Kingdom.

It was a fast and HOT trip. We were there in August so it was HOT. My nephews had the best time!! After the parks, we went swimming in the Disney All Star Movie Resort! We met up with Rachel, Ed, Jake, Dalton, Kara (she flew in from NY), my mom and Tom. We had a great family trip and one we will always remember!!!

Atlantis - Paradise Island Januray 2006

Jason had a Foot and Ankle conference at the Atlantis resort. The resort was amazing with a gigantic indoor aquarium and amazing swimming pools and water slides!! Jason did the waterslide with the sharks, I stuck to the ordinary slides :) Atlantis also had a casino, which Jason loved! We spent many hours in the casino....

Honeymoon - St Lucia 10/15/2005

After a fun filled wedding day and going to bed at 2am, Jason and I were up at 4am for our flight to St Lucia (of course we connected through Atlanta)!! Once in St Lucia and through customs, we had an hour van ride to the resort! They drive on the other side of the road and like to pass cars on curves :) Needless to say I was relieved once we got at the resort! We stayed at the Sandals Grande all inclusive resort! We had a blast! Spent lots of time on the beach and in the pool, relaxing, reading, drinking and eating. We also did some kayaking, went on an excursion to see an active volcano and the Piton Mountains and went hiking up to a fort to watch a beautiful sunset. They even had jazz bands playing on the grass every evening and of course Jason bought their cd!!

We were sad to come home but ready to start our new lives together!!

Wedding Day!! 10-15-2005

Today was the happiest day of my life!! I couldn't ask for a better person in my life! Every day is a new adventure or a new laugh :)

It was a busy day going to New Philadelphia to get my hair and nails done and then my mom making us walk around downtown :)

Then heading back to Canton to get married at 3:30! We had lots of family and friends attend and lots of drinking :)What a big relief to have the big day here and get to celebrate with family and friends!

New York City - July 2005 - Girls getaway!!

NYC will never be the same! Megan, Rachel and mom went to NYC to visit Kara for a weekend in July!! It was hot but we managed. You can tell from Kara's photo with her crop t-shirt :)

We had a lot of fun touring around (lots of walking) and visiting with Kara!! Our next trip to NYC is next weekend!
